HOW WE MEASURE

Fit is one of the most crucial points for customer satisfaction when purchasing online.  As marked sizes differ from brand to brand, actual measurements can be the most accurate.  Please scroll down to view an international size conversion chart. We try our best to assess fit and provide accurate measurements but if you have any additional questions about a specific item please contact us.

Here is a graphic on how we measure the most important areas to ensure a more accurate fit. All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat and buttons done up. Please select a similar garment from your own wardrobe with similar fit and compare measurements. Please note our measurements are of the actual garment and not body measurements.

Tops and Jackets:

Chest:  Measure armpit to armpit seam across front and double the measurement.  For example if the measurement is 19”, double the measurement to arrive at 38”.

Shoulders:  Measure straight across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.

Sleeve :  Measure top of shoulder seam to cuff.

Length:  Measure back neck seam to hem.

Pants and bottoms:

Waist:  Measure waist of garment and double the measurement.  For example if the measurement is 16”, double the measurement to arrive at 32”.

Rise:  Measure from centre crotch seam to top front waist.

Inseam:  Measure from centre crotch seam to hem along interior leg seam.

Cuff:  Measure at bottom cuff.
